Gerolamo Treccani graduated with top marks in law from the State University of Milan in 2001 and began his professional career at the GSLA law firm. He subsequently collaborated for several years with the Civil Procedural Law and Bankruptcy Law Departments at both Luigi Bocconi University and the State University of Milan.

Gerolamo provides legal assistance in litigation related to judicial and arbitration proceedings, mainly focusing on commercial and corporate law. His areas of expertise include the governance and professional liability of auditing firms, boards of directors, and auditors, as well as M&A transactions.

In addition to his work in judicial settings, Gerolamo also deals with extrajudicial activities within commercial and corporate law, with a focus on corporate sectors, M&A transactions, and insolvency law, assisting both private clients and institutional entities involved in bankruptcy proceedings.

He advises associations and companies on new legislation and regulations, particularly in their interactions with governmental and supervisory authorities. Additionally, Gerolamo is active in teaching, training, and lecturing at conferences on corporate and crisis law, including topics related to public companies. He is also the author of publications on corporate law.
