Lorenzo Danese graduated in law from the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore of Milan, Piacenza Campus, in 2000, and immediately began his professional career at the GSLA Law Firm.

He is registered with the Milan Bar Association and is authorized to practice before the Court of Cassation.

He has gained significant experience in litigation and arbitration in the field of commercial law with specific reference to corporate matters, with a particular focus on issues relating to the liability of auditors, as well as in assisting members of corporate bodies and auditors in administrative proceedings initiated by Consob and other Supervisory Authorities and in subsequent jurisdictional phases.

Lorenzo also has a well-established professional experience in issues related to the discipline of corporate governance, relations with Supervisory Authorities and the duties and tasks of independent directors and boards of statutory auditors of listed companies.
