Mattia Casati graduated in Law from the Università degli Studi di Milano – Bicocca nel 2001 and began his professional career at Studio GSLA from February 2022.

He provides legal assistance in administrative law and, over the years, he has developed extensive expertise in the area of public procurement and public local services  (of economic importance or social relevance) as well as in administrative proceedings before Independent Authority.

Mattia provides legal assistance to contracting authorities, public companies and economic operator arranging public procedures on public works contracts, public supply contracts and public service contracts, with a focus on private-public partnership and public local services.

He attends as speaker in conferences and he is author of publications on public procurement.
