Patrizia Paolini graduated in Law from the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan in 2002 and immediately began her professional career at Studio Legale GSLA.

She provides legal assistance in commercial and corporate law and she has developed extensive expertise over the years in the area of corporate governance for (listed and not listed) companies.

Patrizia has also gained significant knowledge in the field of statutory auditing, both in judicial and out-of the court contexts, with a particular focus on matters related to auditors’ independence and liability.

She provides legal advice to projects and working groups organized by ASSIREVI (the Italian Association of Statutory Auditors) on the development of the legal framework concerning audit, professional techniques and audit standard

More recently, she has deepened her expertise in the development of European and national ESG regulations.

Admitted to practise before the Supreme Court

She is a speaker at conferences on audit and financial reporting matters.

Patrizia is also member of the Standing Table for Lawyers – Business Lawyers established by the Pro Bono Italiaassociation.
