Aldo Sacchi graduated in law magna cum laude<\/em> at the Universit\u00e0 degli Studi of Milan in 1985.<\/p>\n

Before founding Studio Legale GSA together with Avv. Maurizio Galbiati, in 1996, he worked at the law firm of Prof. Avv. Guido Rossi, where he was involved in some of the most important financial transactions taking place in the Italian market during the nineties.<\/p>\n

His practice includes takeovers, IPOs, privatizations, M&A and corporate governance. He also focuses on the various issues related to the activities and regulation of audit firms, matters in which he is regarded as having a significant and well-established professional experience. He regularly assists board committees and audit committees of listed companies on corporate governance issues and related party transactions. He maintains constant professional contacts with independent authorities such as Consob (the financial industry regulator) and the Ministry of the Economy and Finance.<\/p>\n

Aldo has recently developed a specific expertise on sustainability reporting and ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) issues, assisting companies and organisations in the implementation of corporate disclosure systems and in the management of related regulatory obligations.<\/p>\n

Alongside his professional activity, he also maintains links with academia. He has been research and teaching assistant in the Commercial Law Department at the Universit\u00e0 degli Studi of Milan and research fellow at the University of Brescia. He gives talks and lectures on courses and seminars as well as within law masters programs. He is adjunct professor at the Universit\u00e0 Carlo Cattaneo – LIUC of Castellanza of the \u201cInternal Auditing (advanced course)<\/em>\u201d, as part of the degree program in Economics, Management And Governance and lecturer of the course \u201cListing and Governance\u201d as part of the master’s program in \u201cMerchant Banking, Private Equity and Enterprise – Corporate Governance and Listed Companies<\/em>\u201d.<\/p>\n

He is author of many publications on topics concerning audit firms and financial reporting.
\nHe is a member of the Commissione Civilistica OIC \u2013 Organismo Italiano di Contabilit\u00e0 (the Civil law Commission of the National Accounting Standards Body) and a member of the board of ASLA (the Italian Law Firms Association).<\/p>\n

He is admitted to practise before the Supreme Court.<\/p>\n
